- Ripe Avocado – 1
- Milk – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1 tbsp (as needed)
Preparation Method
- Take one ripe avocado, make a length-wise cut and remove the seed.
- Scoop the avocado using a spoon.
- In a blender add scooped avocado, milk, and sugar.
- Blend it until it becomes into a smooth texture.
- Pour the avocado milkshake into a cup and serve it immediately (if you don’t serve it immediately, the green color of the avocado milkshake will get darker due to oxidization).
