Avocado Milkshake/ Butter Fruit Milkshake

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. They contain more potassium than bananas. Avocados are loaded with powerful antioxidants. Avocado is also known as butter fruit.

Total Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  1. Ripe Avocado – 1
  2. Milk – 1 cup
  3. Sugar – 1 tbsp (as needed)

Preparation Method

  1. Take one ripe avocado, make a length-wise cut and remove the seed.
  2. Scoop the avocado using a spoon.
  3. In a blender add scooped avocado, milk, and sugar.
  4. Blend it until it becomes into a smooth texture.
  5. Pour the avocado milkshake into a cup and serve it immediately (if you don’t serve it immediately, the green color of the avocado milkshake will get darker due to oxidization).
