Almond contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, vitamins, and magnesium. Badam halwa is a delicious Indian dessert.

Ingredients
1.Almonds – 1 cup
2. Sweetened condensed milk – 3/4 cup
3.Ghee – 3 tbsp
4.Saffron – 2 tsp
5.chopped pista – 5
Preparation Method
- Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Remove the almond skin, add saffron strands. to the almond. Grind by adding little water and transfer the smooth paste into a bowl.
- Heat a nonstick pan pour ghee and add the grinded smooth paste stir it in a low flame.
- Add condensed milk and mix it well.
- Stir till badam halwa gets thickens and starts separate from the pan.
- Garnish it with a few finely chopped pista and serve it hot.
