Almond contains lots of healthy fats, fiber, protein, magnesium, and vitamin E. It is a very healthy and delicious drink that provides energy and rejuvenates the body.

Ingredients
- Whole Milk – 2 cups
- Almonds – 25
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Sugar – 1tbsp (As needed)
- Saffron Strands – few
Preparation Method
- Soak the almonds in hot water for 30 minutes.
- Remove the almond skin, add 1/4 cup of milk and saffron strands. to the almond. Grind this into a smooth paste.
- Heat a heavy bottom pan, add the remaining milk, along with the 1/2 cup of water.
- Let the milk boil for 5-7 minutes in a low flame.
- Now add the almond paste into the boiling milk and stir it slowly in low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add, the sugar and stir it for a minute.
- Garnish it with a few finely chopped almonds and saffron strands.
- You can drink this hot, or you can refrigerate this and serve it cold.
