Capsicum has a good source of dietary fiber, vitamin E, B6, and folate. It also contains vitamin C and it boosts immunity.

Ingredients
- Capsicum – 1 Large
- Whole Red Chili – 4
- Tamarind – small piece
- Salt – 1tsp (as needed)
- Shredded Coconut – 1 tbsp
- Onion – 1/4 cup
Sauté
- Mustard – 1/2teaspoon
- curry leaves – few
Preparation method
- Roast whole red chili with salt using cooking oil in a pan. Keep it aside in a plate.
- Sauté the finely chopped onion till it turns a golden color.
- Now add the diced capsicum and sauté until it is fully cooked.
- Add the tamarind and shredded coconut and stir it for a minute in low flame.
- In a blender, grind all of the ingredients roasted and turn it into a smooth paste.
- Then Pour oil in another pan. Sauté mustard, after it splutters, adds curry leaves. pour in top of capsicum chutney bowl.
