Cauliflower is a vegetable that is naturally high in fiber and B-vitamins. It provides antioxidants.

Ingredients
- Cauliflower – 1 medium
- Corn Flour – 3/4 Cup
- Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red Food Color Powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
Prepartion Method
- Chop the cauliflower into small size florets.
- In a pot add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Now add the cauliflower florets and the salt. Let that boil for 5 minutes.
- Drain the water completely!
- Transfer the cauliflower into a mixing bowl and add corn flour, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, red food coloring powder, and salt. Sprinkle a little amount of water and mix it well.
- Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. When the oil is hot reduce the flame to low and fry cauliflower in the oil, till it turns crispy.
- Garnish it with sliced onion and lemon. Serve it hot.
