Cauliflower 65

Cauliflower is a vegetable that is naturally high in fiber and B-vitamins. It provides antioxidants.

Total Preparation time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Cauliflower – 1 medium
  2. Corn Flour – 3/4 Cup
  3. Red Chili Powder – 2 tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tsp
  5. Red Food Color Powder – 1 tsp
  6. Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)

Prepartion Method

  1. Chop the cauliflower into small size florets.
  2. In a pot add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Now add the cauliflower florets and the salt. Let that boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the water completely!
  4. Transfer the cauliflower into a mixing bowl and add corn flour, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, red food coloring powder, and salt. Sprinkle a little amount of water and mix it well.
  5. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  6. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. When the oil is hot reduce the flame to low and fry cauliflower in the oil, till it turns crispy.
  7. Garnish it with sliced onion and lemon. Serve it hot.
