Ingredients
- Onion – 1 (large)
- Tomato – 1 (Large)
- Green Chili – 4
- Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Curry Leaves – 1 Sprig
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Boneless Chicken – 500 Grams
- Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
- Kalpasi / Black Stone Flower – 3
Ingredients To Grind
- Coriander Powder/ Seeds – 2 tbsp
- Whole Black Pepper – 1 tsp
- Jeera – 2 tsp
- Fennel Seeds – 2 tsp
- Cinnamon Sticks – 4 small
- Cardamon – 4
- Cloves – 3
- Kalpasi / Black Stone Flower – Few
- Whole Red Chili – 6
- Star Anise – 1
Prepartion Method
- Dry roast all the things listed under “Ingredients To Grind”. Then grind them into a fine powder.
- Medium heat a cast-iron skillet. Pour oil, add the fennel seeds, and Kalpasi/ Black Stone Flower. After it splutters add the curry leaves.
- Add the onions, fry it till it turns color. Now add the tomatoes and sauté it well.
- Then add the ginger-garlic paste. Mix it well, along with that add turmeric powder and salt.
- Now add the boneless chicken and the grinded spices. Mix everything well. Add a cup of water and cook it in a low flame.
- Cover it with a lid, stir it after a few minutes.
- Once the chicken is completely Cooked and serve it hot.
