Chicken is lean meat with high nutritional value. It contains a great source of selenium, phosphorus, and antioxidants. Chicken 65 is a spicy deep-fried chicken appetizer.

Ingredients
- Boneless Chicken – 500 grams
- Corn Flour – 1/2 Cup
- Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Egg – 1
- Red Food Color Powder – (optional)
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Prepartion Method
- Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, red food color powder, and salt. Add the lemon juice and mix it well.
- Add the egg and mix it well. Now add the chicken pieces and mix them well.
- Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. When the oil is hot reduce the flame to low and fry chicken in the oil, till it turns crispy.
- Garnish it with sliced lemon and cilantro. Serve it hot.
