Chicken 65

Chicken is lean meat with high nutritional value. It contains a great source of selenium, phosphorus, and antioxidants. Chicken 65 is a spicy deep-fried chicken appetizer.

Ingredients 

  1. Boneless Chicken – 500 grams
  2. Corn Flour – 1/2 Cup
  3. Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Egg – 1
  6. Red Food Color Powder – (optional)
  7. Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
  8. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp

Prepartion Method

  1. Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add cornflour, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, red food color powder, and salt. Add the lemon juice and mix it well.
  3. Add the egg and mix it well. Now add the chicken pieces and mix them well.
  4. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. When the oil is hot reduce the flame to low and fry chicken in the oil, till it turns crispy.
  6. Garnish it with sliced lemon and cilantro. Serve it hot.
