Wheat bread contains lots of fiber. Chilli bread can be served as a breakfast, snack or dinner.

Ingredients
- Bread – 5 slices
- Finely chopped Onion – 1 medium
- Finely chopped tomatoes – 1 medium
- Jeera/cumin – 1tsp
- Green chili -2 medium
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red food color -1/4 tsp
- Salt – 2tsp(as needed)
- Unsalted Butter – 3 Tbsp
- Finely chopped coriander – 1 sprig
- Oil – 2 tsp
- Tomato sauce – 2 tbsp
Prepartion Method
- Cut the bread slices into small cubes. medium heat a pan add soften butter once it is melted, fry the cubed bread to golden brown and keep it aside.
- In the same pan pour oil. Add cumin after it splutters add green chili.
- Then add finely chopped onion and fry till it turns color and add tomatoes and salt cook it for 2 minutes.
- Now add chili powder ,food color and mix it well.
- Add the bread into the pan and add tomato sauce and cook it 3 minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves.
