Coconut chutney is a South Indian chutney, side dish, and a condiment. It is served with any type of Dosa, Idli, Pongal and Vada.

Ingredients
- Coconut-1 cup
- Roasted gram-1/2 cup
- Green chili-4-5
- Garlic-1
- Water
- Oil-2 tsp
- Salt as needed
Sauté
- Mustard
- Urad dal
- Curry leaves
Preparation method
- Add shredded coconut,roasted gram, green chili, garlic, salt, and little water to the Blender / Mixie.
- Run the blender/mixie till it gets grinded well.
- Sauté it with mustard, urad dal & curry leaves in oil and pour it in chutney.
