Coconut has a great source of fiber, vitamins,magnesium and iron. Coconut ladoo are delicious dessert and also it can be made quickly with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
- Shredded coconut – 1 cup
- Sweetened condensed milk – 2/3 cup
- Unsweetened coconut powder – 1/4 cup
preparation method
- In a low flame fry the shredded coconut.
- Add sweetened condensed milk , mix it well with the shredded coconut .
- Then it starts observing the moisture.
- Coconut starts thickens with little moisture let it turns warm .
- Now shape it in to bite size balls.
- Roll the balls in the unsweetened coconut powder.
- serve it warm.
