Coconut ladoo

Coconut has a great source of fiber, vitamins,magnesium and iron. Coconut ladoo are delicious dessert and also it can be made quickly with minimal ingredients.

Total Preparation time: 10minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Shredded coconut – 1 cup
  2. Sweetened condensed milk – 2/3 cup
  3. Unsweetened coconut powder – 1/4 cup

preparation method

  1. In a low flame fry the shredded coconut.
  2. Add sweetened condensed milk , mix it well with the shredded coconut .
  3. Then it starts observing the moisture.
  4. Coconut starts thickens with little moisture let it turns warm .
  5. Now shape it in to bite size balls.
  6. Roll the balls in the unsweetened coconut powder.
  7. serve it warm.
