Coriander leaves chutney has multiple health benefits.coriander or cilantro is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, iron, and magnesium as well. it helps in food digestion.

Ingredients
- Coconut – 1 cup
- Coriander leaves – 1cup
- whole Red chili -5
- Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Water
- Salt – 1 teaspoon( as needed)
Sauté
- Mustard
- Urad dal
Preparation method
- Medium heat a pan. Pour oil, add whole red chili, salt, coriander leaves finally add coconut (Purpose of adding salt after red chili is to avoid the pungent of red chili).
- Once it is cool down, grind it in a mixie with a small amount of water.
- Then Sauté mustard, urad dal in another pan after it splutters, pour in a top of coriander chutney bowl.
