Curry leaves are a rich source of iron and folic acid. Commonly used as a seasoning, this leaf adds a special flavor to every dish. This curry leaves chutney can be served as a side dish to idli and dosa.

Ingredients
- Coconut – 1 cup
- Curry leaves – 5 sprig
- Green chili -5
- Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Water as needed
- Salt – 1 teaspoon( as needed)
Sauté
- Mustard – 1/2teaspoon
- Urad dal -1/2 teaspoon
- curry leaves – few
Preparation method
- Take a pan. Pour oil, add green chili, salt, curry leaves finally add coconut
- Make sure coconut doesn’t burn
- Once it is cool down, grind it in a mixie with a small amount of water.
- Then Pour oil in another pan. Sauté mustard, urad dal, after it splutters, add curry leaves. pour in top of curry leaves chutney bowl.
