Dosa

Dosa is the cooked flat thin layered made using rice batter. Traditionally Dosa is served hot along with sambar and chutney. Dosa can be made in different variations like Ghee Dosa, Masala Dosa, Onion Dosa, etc.,

Ingredients 

Prepartion Method

  1. Heat the Dosa pan on medium heat.
  2. Grease it with few drops of cooking oil.
  3. Pour the dosa batter using a ladle and spread it evenly in the circle shape.
  4. Pour 1/2 teaspoon of oil on the dosa and spread the oil even using the dosa turner spatula.
  5. Wait till it cooked and turn it to the other side.
  6. Take it out of the pan when it is cooked fully and serve it with Sambar or Chutney.
