Rava paniyaram is a Easy and delicious sweet made during any special occasions.

Ingredients
- Rava/Sooji – 2 Cups
- Sugar – 1 1/2 Cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp (as needed)
- Oil – Deep Fry
Prepartion Method
- In a mixing bowl, pour rava and add enough water to make a thick paste. After 2 minutes, add the rava paste, sugar, cardamom powder, and salt into a blender.
- Blend it by adding a small amount of water into a smooth paste.
- The batter has to be a pourable consistency.
- Heat a pan, pour enough oil.
- Pour the batter gently into the oil. Flip both sides after it cooked.
- Drain the oil and transfer it into a bowl.
- Serve it hot.
