Ingredients
- Eggs – 5
- Onion – 1
- Tomato – 1
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 2 tbsp
Prepartion Method
- Medium heat a pan. Pour enough water and boil the eggs for 12 minutes.
- Now peel the skin and slice the eggs lengthwise.
- Pour oil into the pan. Add mustard after it splutters add curry leaves.
- Add sliced onion sauté it well. Then add tomatoes cook it for 2 minutes.
- Then add red chili powder, salt and mix it well.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, garam masala and black pepper powder mix it well.
- Add sliced eggs and gently mix it.
- Serve it hot.
