Egg Pepper Fry

Eggs have a great source of protein and It can help provide a wealth of important nutrients including selenium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, and riboflavin, all of which play a key role in overall health. Egg pepper fry goes well with rice or roti.

Total Preparation time: 25 Minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Eggs – 5
  2. Onion – 1
  3. Tomato – 1
  4. Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  6. Garam Masala – 1 tsp
  7. Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
  8. Curry Leaves – 1 sprig
  9. Mustard – 1 tsp
  10. Black Pepper Powder – 2 tbsp

Prepartion Method

  1. Medium heat a pan. Pour enough water and boil the eggs for 12 minutes.
  2. Now peel the skin and slice the eggs lengthwise.
  3. Pour oil into the pan. Add mustard after it splutters add curry leaves.
  4. Add sliced onion sauté it well. Then add tomatoes cook it for 2 minutes.
  5. Then add red chili powder, salt and mix it well.
  6. Now add ginger garlic paste, garam masala and black pepper powder mix it well.
  7. Add sliced eggs and gently mix it.
  8. Serve it hot.
