Eggless French Toast

Wheat bread contains lots of fiber. It is easy and quick breakfast.

Total Preparation time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Wheat bread – 2 slices
  2. Yellow Cornflour – 4 Tbsp
  3. Milk – 4 Tbsp
  4. Unsalted Butter – 1 Tbsp
  5. Sugar – 1 Tbsp (As needed)
  6. Honey – 1 Tbsp (Optional)

Prepartion Method

  1. Mix yellow corn flour, milk and sugar in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Soak both sides of the wheat bread in this mix.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan at medium heat. Add the unsalted butter.
  4. Place 2 slices of the soaked bread on the pan. Cook it both the sides until it turns golden brown color.
  5. You may serve it with Honey or Maple syrup.
