Wheat bread contains lots of fiber. It is easy and quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients
- Wheat bread – 2 slices
- American cheese – 2 slices
- Garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Red chili flakes – 1/4tsp
- unsalted butter – 2 tsp
Prepartion Method
- Medium heat a nonstick pan. Add butter to the pan let it melt.
- Spread the garlic paste to the one side of the bread slice and sprinkle the red chili flakes and add 2 cheese slices on top of that bread.
- Place the bread slices in low heat. Flip one bread over another bread wait until cheese melts and let it turns golden brown color.
- Serve it hot.
