Green chili tomato Chutney

Green chili are loaded with antioxidants and have zero calories. Tomatoes are also a great source of vitamin c, potassium, and folate.combination of tomatoes and green chili give a great flavour to the chutney.

Ingredients

  1. Green chili – 5medium
  2. Tomatoes – 2 medium
  3. Onion – 1/2 big size
  4. Coriander leaves – 2 sprig
  5. Salt – 2 tsp

Sauté

  1. Mustard – 1/2teaspoon
  2. curry leaves – few

Preparation method

  1. Medium heat a pan.
  2. Pour oil add green chili after it splutters add the finely chopped onion fry till it turns a golden color.
  3. Then add coriander leaves and salt.
  4. In a blender, grind all of the ingredients and turn it into a smooth paste.
  5. Then Pour oil in another pan. Sauté mustard, after it splutters, adds curry leaves. pour in top of the chutney bowl.
  6. Serve it with Idli or Dosa.
