Prepartion Method
- Take the idli batter from refrigerator ahead of time to be in room temperature for soft idli.
- Fill half of the idli pot with water.
- Heat the idli pot on the stovetop for 10 minutes.
- Take the idly plate that comes with the idli pot and fit it with the white color cotton cloth. If you have non-stick idli cooker, you may grease it with the cooking oil.
- Pour idli batter on the plate.
- Steam the idli for 10 minutes.
