- Mango Pulp – 1 Cup
- Heavy Whipping Cream – 1 1/2 Cup
- Sugar – 2tbsp (as needed)
- Chopped Pistachios – 4
Preparation Method
- Pour the mango pulp into the bowl. Then pour the heavy whipping cream and add the sugar.
- Whisk it well or use an electric blender until it becomes fluffy.
- It will be a creamy and smooth texture. Refrigerate that for 2 hours.
- Garnish it with chopped pistachios and serve it.
