Ingredients
- Sweet Corn – 2
- Unsalted Butter – 1 tbsp
- Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
- Jeera Powder – 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
- Finely Chopped Onion – 1 tsp
- Finely Chopped Coriander – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1/2 tsp (as needed)
Prepartion Method
- Boil the corn in a heavy bottom pan in medium flame for 10 mins.
- After it cooks, drain the water and cut the corn to make corn kernels.
- Place the corn kernels into a mixing bowl and add the unsalted butter, chili powder, jeera powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix it well.
- Serve the masala corn by garnishing it with finely chopped raw onion and finely chopped coriander.
