Masala Corn

Corn is rich in vitamin B, folic acid, and iron. It contains high dietary fibers and antioxidants.

Total Preparation time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Sweet Corn – 2
  2. Unsalted Butter – 1 tbsp
  3. Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
  4. Jeera Powder – 1/4 tsp
  5. Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
  6. Finely Chopped Onion – 1 tsp
  7. Finely Chopped Coriander – 1 tsp
  8. Salt – 1/2 tsp (as needed)

Prepartion Method

  1. Boil the corn in a heavy bottom pan in medium flame for 10 mins.
  2. After it cooks, drain the water and cut the corn to make corn kernels.
  3. Place the corn kernels into a mixing bowl and add the unsalted butter, chili powder, jeera powder, lemon juice, and salt. Mix it well.
  4. Serve the masala corn by garnishing it with finely chopped raw onion and finely chopped coriander.
