Milk Halwa

Milk offers a rich source of calcium, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats. Milk Halwa is a sweet delicacy prepared during all special occasions.

Ingredients

  1. Whole Milk – 2 Cups
  2. Sugar – 2/3 Cup
  3. Rava/Sooji – 1 tbsp
  4. Curd – 1 tbsp
  5. Cardamom – 1/4 tsp
  6. Ghee – 3 tbsp

Preparation Method

  1. Boil the milk and add the sugar, when the milk reduced to half the amount you started with.
  2. Add rava/ sooji and mix it well.
  3. After the rava starts getting thicker, add the curd and mix it well.
  4. When it starts to stick in the pan add the ghee and mix it well.
  5. Now add the cardamom powder and mix it.
  6. When the Halwa starts coming together, it is ready.
  7. Serve it hot.
