Ingredients
- Garlic Flakes – 4
- Onion – 1 medium
- Capsicum – 1 medium
- Coriander leaves – 1 sprig
- Chili Sauce – 2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce – 1tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp (as needed)
Ingredients To Marinate
- Corn Flour – 1 cup
- Red Chili Powder – 2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Food Color – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Paneer – 250 grams
Prepartion Method
- Take a bowl, add the paneer, salt, ginger garlic paste, food color, and corn flour into the bowl. Mix it well and marinate this for 15 minutes.
- After marinating your paneer for 15 minutes, start deep frying the paneer with oil. Keep this aside.
- In a pan, pour oil, add the garlic, cook it in low flame. Now add the onion, cook it until it turns to golden brown. Then add the salt and capsicum, sauté this well.
- After that, add chili sauce, soy sauce, and tomato ketchup. Mix this well. Now add the fried paneer and once again mix this well. Cook this for 2 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
