Ingredients
- Peanuts – 1/4 cup
- Shredded Coconut – 1/4 cup
- whole red chili- 7
- Garlic – 1
- Oil – 2 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (as needed)
Sauté
- Mustard – 1/2
teaspoon Urad dal – 1/2 teaspoon- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Preparation method
- Medium heat a pan. pour oil add peanuts until it gets the golden brown color. Then add red chili, salt, and shredded coconut. Fry it for 2 minutes.
- Once it cools down, grind it in the mixie until it becomes a fine paste.
- Heat another pan on medium heat and pour oil, add mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves. Once it splutters, garnish it on top of the peanut coconut chutney.
