Ingredients
- Potato – 3 medium size
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Tomato – 1 medium size
- Green
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
- Chili powder – 1teaspoon
- Coriander leaves – 1sprig
- Salt – 1 teaspoon (as needed)
Sauté
- Mustard – 1 teaspoon
- Urad dal – 1 teaspoon
Curryleaves – 1 sprig
Preparation method
- Wash the potatoes, peel the skin and cook it in a pressure cooker for up to 3 whistles and mash the potatoes keep it aside.
- In a pan heat, oil add mustard, urad dal, curry leaves, green chili, after it flutters add onion, tomato, cook it for 2 minutes. Then add cooked potatoes cook it for 2 minutes add turmeric powder, chili powder add salt and water as needed.
- Let it cook for 5 minutes
