Ingredients
- Whole Milk – 1 and 1/2cups
- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 1tbsp (As needed)
- Salt – a pinch
- Ragi powder – 4 tbsp
- cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
Preparation Method
- In a mixing bowl add ragipowder,salt and water mix it well without any lumps.
- in a heavy bottomed pan add this ragi mixture in a low heat stir it continuously without any lumps.
- Once it thickens and cooked.
- Add boiled milk, sugar and cardamom powder mix it well .
- serve it hot.
