Ragi or Finger Millet is one of the most nutritious and healthy breakfast. It is easy to make in a short time. It can be made in both sweet and savory version.

Ingredients
- Ragi Vermicelli – 200 grams/1 cup
- Milk – 1 to 1 and 1/2 cup (as needed)
- Shredded coconut – 1 teaspoon
- Sugar – 1 and 1/2 tablespoon(as needed)
- Salt – a pinch (as needed)
Preparation method
- Take Ragi vermicelli in a large bowl, Immerse it fully on water for 2 minutes and drain the water.
- Then heat an Idli pot. Add half of the pot filled with water, when water starts boiling well. Steam the ragi vermicelli inside the idli plate which is covered with white cotton cloth and steam it for 5-7 minutes.
- Keep the cooked ragi semiya in the bowl, Then add Boiled milk, and shredded coconut and a pinch of salt to enhance the sweetness.
