Salmon Fish Fry

Salmon is one of the most nutritious fish. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Salmon fish fry is an appetizer.

Total Preparation time: 40 Minutes

Ingredients 

  1. Fish – 500 grams
  2. Red Chili Powder – 1tbsp
  3. Black Pepper Powder – 3 tbsp
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Coriander Leaves – 2 Sprig
  6. Curry Leaves – 2 Sprig
  7. Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
  8. Corn Flour – 1 Cup

Prepartion Method

  1. In a blender grind red chili powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt into a smooth paste.
  2. Transfer the smooth paste into a bowl and add cornflour, mix it well.
  3. Add the salmon and marinate it for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour oil on a pan and fry it in medium flame, flip both sides. Cook it until it turns golden brown.
  5. Serve it hot.
