Salmon is one of the most nutritious fish. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Salmon fish fry is an appetizer.

Ingredients
- Fish – 500 grams
- Red Chili Powder – 1tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder – 3 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves – 2 Sprig
- Curry Leaves – 2 Sprig
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Corn Flour – 1 Cup
Prepartion Method
- In a blender grind red chili powder, black pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and salt into a smooth paste.
- Transfer the smooth paste into a bowl and add cornflour, mix it well.
- Add the salmon and marinate it for 30 minutes.
- Pour oil on a pan and fry it in medium flame, flip both sides. Cook it until it turns golden brown.
- Serve it hot.
