Salmon is one of the most nutritious fish. It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, proteins, vitamins, and minerals. Salmon fish kulambu goes well with white rice.

Ingredients
- Fish – 250 grams
- Onion – 1 medium
- Tomato – 1 medium
- Garlic Flakes – 10
- Red chili powder – 2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- Fennel seed powder – 1 tsp
- Jeera powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 2 tsp (as needed)
- Tamarind – a small piece
Prepartion Method
- Medium heat a non- stick pan, pour oil. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and fenugreek seeds. After it splutters, add curry leaves.
- Now add onion, fry it until it turns color. Add the garlic and sauté it well.
- Add the tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix the masala well.
- Then squeeze the tamarind in water to make the tamarind juice.
- Add the tamarind juice and a cup of water into the masala. Mix it well.
- Cover it with a lid. Then add the fish when the masala starts boiling.
- Mix the fish well in the masala.
- Cover the pan with the lid for 5-7 minutes till the fish is completely cooked.
- Serve it hot with rice.
