Spinach is a leafy green vegetable. It is considered very healthy, as its loaded with nutrients and antioxidants. It can be served as a lunch side.

Ingredients
- Spinach – 1 large bunch
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Shredded coconut – 2 teaspoon.
- Oil – 1 teaspoon(as needed)
- Salt -1 teaspoon( as needed )
Sauté
- Mustard – 1teaspoon
- Urad dal – 1teaspoon
- Whole red chili – 3
Preparation method
- Wash and drain spinach, onion & and chop it finely.
- Medium heat a pan. Pour oil saute mustard, urad dal after it splutters add whole red chili, add onion fry it for 2 minutes and add salt.
- Then add finely chopped spinach cook it in low flame and it leaves the water so don’t add any water. After water evaporates, the spinach will be cooked.
- Garnish it with shredded coconut.
