Tomato is a nutrient-dense superfood. It contains essential fiber, vitamin c, and antioxidants. Tomato bhaji goes well with dosa and idly.

Ingredients
- Onion – 1 medium
- Tomato – 2 medium
- Garlic flakes – 3
- Red Chili powder – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 tsp (as needed)
Sauté
- Mustard – 1 tsp
- Curry leaves – few
Preparation method
- Heat pan on medium heat and pour oil, add mustard Once it splutters add curry leaves.
- Add finely chopped onion saute till it turns color and add finely chopped garlic it gives a nice aroma.
- Then add tomatoes saute it well and add red chili powder, salt as needed.
- Now add a cup of water and cover it with a lid.
- Cook it for 5 minutes. When it comes to a thick consistency, it is ready to serve with hot idli or dosa.
