Tomato chutney is side dish for dosa and idly. It can be made quickly.

Ingredients
- Tomato – 2
- Onion Big size – 1/2
- Garlic – 2
- Chili powder – 11/2 tsp
- Salt as required
Sauté
- Mustard
- Urad dal
- Curry leaves
Preparation method
- Take 2 tomatoes and 1/2 onion and 2 garlic roughly chop it and grind it in a mixer along with chili powder and salt
- Heat pan on medium heat and pour oil, add mustard, urad dal, and curry leaves. Once it splutters, add grinded tomato chutney into it.
- Cook it for 8 -10 minutes. When it comes to a thick consistency, it is ready to serve with hot idli or dosa.
