Vegetable Salna is the best combo with paratha. The spices give great flavor to the salna.
Ingredients
- Onion – 1 medium size
- Tomato -1 medium size
- Mixed vegetable – 1 bowl
- Curry leaves – 1 sprig
- Coriander leaves – few
- Salt -2tsp(as needed)
Ingredients to Grind (finely grind it in mixie)
- Shredded coconut- 2 tbsp
- Ginger – 1/4 inch piece
- Garlic flakes – 3
- whole Red Chili – 4
- Kalpasi/Black stone flower -5
- Cinnamon – 3 sticks
- Cardamom-2
- cloves -2
- Cashew nuts – 5
Preparation method
- Medium heat a nonstick pan pour oil add fennel seeds and kalpasi after it splutters add curry leaves.
- Add onion fry until it turns color then add tomatoes cook it well.
- Now add mixed vegetables stir it well and add salt mix it well.
- Add the grinded smooth paste and pour a cup of water cook it in a low flame.
- Cover it with a lid until the vegetables are cooked completely.
- serve it with paratha.
