Ingredients
- Wheat Flour – 1 cup
- Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
- Jaggery Flour- 2/3 cup
- Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – a small pinch
- Banana – 1
Preparation Method
- In a bowl, add rice flour, jaggery powder, salt, and cardamom. Mix it well.
- In a mixie grind the banana into a puree. Then add the banana puree into the bowl. Mix it well and add 1/2 cup of water into the bowl. Make sure the texture is a smooth paste.
- In a pan, pour enough oil to start frying. Slowly start placing small ball size batter into the oil. Fry this in medium heat. Stir it until golden brown color.
- Serve it hot.
