Wheat Banana Sweet Bonda

Bananas are rich in potassium, fiber, natural sugar, vitamin C, and other vitamins and minerals. Wheat Banana sweet Bonda is a quick and delicious snack that can be made easily.

Ingredients 

  1. Wheat Flour – 1 cup
  2. Rice Flour – 1/2 cup
  3. Jaggery Flour- 2/3 cup
  4. Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt – a small pinch
  6. Banana – 1

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl, add rice flour, jaggery powder, salt, and cardamom. Mix it well.
  2. In a mixie grind the banana into a puree. Then add the banana puree into the bowl. Mix it well and add 1/2 cup of water into the bowl. Make sure the texture is a smooth paste.
  3. In a pan, pour enough oil to start frying. Slowly start placing small ball size batter into the oil. Fry this in medium heat. Stir it until golden brown color.
  4. Serve it hot.
